Here is where I will discuss things such as exercise, spirutuality, and self-esteem matters. In order to have a strong and confident self, we have to tighten the reins and build a solid foundation of who we are. Cause without it, we have nothing.
I am a big believer in yoga. Ever since Spencer was born, I have practiced it. All though not as often as I would like to. Most people think it’s too “new agey” or doesn’t really do anything, but I beg to differ. I wish everyone would at least try one class. Sort of the waitress rule – you know, everyone should at least wait tables once in their life to know what it’s like – anyhoo, if you are wondering about yoga or contemplating it, try it! And remember, with any exercise, you should always get the permission of your doctor first. Go, go, yoga! ♥
